Who I Am

Peter brings more than four decades of hands-on experience in operations, maintenance, and property management. He began his professional career in the marina industry, where he developed a strong reputation for leadership, reliability, and attention to detail. As the owner and operator of Monte’s Marine Service LLC beginning in 1984, Peter managed full-service marina and boatyard operations throughout New Jersey, overseeing facility maintenance, infrastructure projects, vessel services, and daily operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

In 2012, Peter and his family relocated to Voluntown, Connecticut, where his lifelong appreciation for the outdoors, animals, and land stewardship inspired a new professional direction. Drawing on decades of operational and maintenance experience, he transitioned into equine property maintenance, focusing on the care and upkeep of horse farms and rural properties.

Today, Peter specializes in maintaining safe, functional, and well-kept equestrian environments. His work includes barn and facility maintenance, fencing installation and repair, pasture and grounds management, and general property upkeep. Known for his dependable work ethic and hands-on approach, Peter takes pride in helping horse owners maintain properties that are both practical and welcoming for horses and their caretakers alike.
